Ryan lives in Urbana, Illinois and has worked at Tom Franey Trucking since September of 2022. Originally from Central Illinois, Ryan’s parents live in Philo, Illinois and his sister and her family in Murray, Kentucky.
Ryan worked for Flightstar Aviation for 15 years, then obtained his Class A CDL and started trucking. At Flightstar, Ryan crossed paths with some notable celebrities who visited Champaign including Garth Brooks, President Obama, and then Vice President Biden.
Ryan has worked at Tom Franey Trucking since September of 2022.
In his spare time, Ryan enjoys “anything with a motor”, and over the years he has driven everything but a train, including a full takeoff and landing in an airplane.
Ryan has had 7 motorcycles and 8 vehicles in his lifetime – a testament to his love of transportation! We are proud to count Ryan as a member of the TFT team!
